Devoid of Liberty: 7.2.1

· Stability hotfix

The hotfix targets a crash that could occur when another player joined or left the squad. It is a stability fix, not evidence of a weapon balance change.

How to make a co-op session work

Build the squad around mission problems: handling crowds, dealing with durable targets, protecting objectives, and recovering when a teammate is reinforced away from the group. If two players bring the same answer, name the gap before launch.

Agree on reinforcement behavior. Throwing a reinforcement into an active threat can create another down; call a safer landing zone when the team can pause.

When split, use the objective and extraction as regroup anchors. Do not chase every patrol if the mission is already in its final phase.

Gear and preparation: choose for the job

Our read: what this game asks of a group

A team can mistake a loadout problem for an execution problem. Record the first failure: objective overwhelmed, durable enemy unanswered, extraction unprotected, or reinforcement landing into danger. Change one slot to cover that failure next time. This creates a learning loop instead of copying a popular build that may not match your bottleneck.

Who this game fits

Choose it for groups that enjoy coordinated pressure, quick tactical calls, and learning from chaotic missions. It is a poor fit for a quiet, low-punishment session.
